At Forma Beauty Salon, we are unable to provide refunds for services. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to salon management within five business days. To address any dissatisfaction, we require you to return to the salon and consult with the stylist who performed your service. Should a redo appointment be necessary, it must be scheduled within two weeks of your original service date.
